Addaxart Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Addaxart, we strive to provide high-quality digital art, designs, and creative services that meet or exceed your expectations.
This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a cancellation or refund for purchases made through our website https://Addaxart.com.

Scope

This policy applies to:

  • Purchases of digital artwork, design services, or custom creative projects made directly through Addaxart’s website or official communication channels.
  • Clients and users who have made payments to Addaxart for commissioned or downloadable art.

Cancellations (Before Work Begins)

  • If you wish to cancel an order before any work has started, you may request a full refund.
  • Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of payment by emailing us at artaddax@gmail.com or info@Addaxart.com.
  • Once production or customization begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

Cancellations (After Work Has Started)

Because Addaxart’s services involve creative and digital labor, once work has commenced, cancellations are not eligible for a full refund.

However, at Addaxart’s discretion:

  • A partial refund may be granted if minimal work has been completed.
  • The exact refund amount will depend on the progress of the project and any resources already invested.

Refunds for Digital Products

  • Instant digital downloads or pre-made artwork are non-refundable, as they cannot be “returned.”
  • If you experience a technical issue (e.g., corrupted file, incorrect download link), please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll resend or replace the files at no additional cost.
  • Refunds will only be processed if Addaxart fails to deliver the purchased item or service as described.

Refunds for Custom Design Services

For custom artwork or design commissions:

  • A deposit (typically 30–50%) may be required to begin work.
  • This deposit is non-refundable once the project begins.
  • If the final product does not meet agreed specifications, Addaxart will offer reasonable revisions (as per the project agreement).
  • If Addaxart is unable to deliver the final project due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial or full refund will be issued based on work completed.

Processing Time for Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.

No-Show or Communication Delay

If a client fails to provide necessary information, approvals, or feedback required to complete a project:

  • Addaxart reserves the right to place the project on hold.
  • After 30 days of inactivity without response, the project may be closed with no refund eligibility.
